The hotel is just around the corner from the Atxuri Euskotren Station at the south-eastern end of the city center, making it extremely convenient for transportation. It is situated in a great but sometimes earthy neighborhood, allowing guests to experience the authentic local atmosphere. The hotel stands out as it is located in a living neighborhood, which you don't often see in other places. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities, including a fridge, double bed, and even a balcony, adding a touch of comfort and convenience to your stay.
All aspects of the hotel were perfectly fine and met our expectations.

The hotel is conveniently situated right next to the tram station, making it easy to explore the vibrant old city with its plethora of Tapas bars. it is just a stone's throw away from the Atxuri Euskotren Station, providing seamless connectivity to other parts of the city. The room was modern and comfortable, with a clean and spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, readily providing information and assistance. The hotel also offered complimentary Wi-Fi, ensuring a smooth online experience throughout my stay.
I did find it a bit challenging to locate the hotel and had to ask for directions from a local bar due to poor signage.

The hotel wasnice and neat with good wifi. Its location was convenient, being close to the tram and the old town. Transportation was easily accessible, with the nearest Metro station at Plaza de Unamuno and the Atxuri Euskotren Station just around the corner.
Hard to think of anything negative.
